The FBC Review

Any fan of music and worship would have thoroughly enjoyed our visit from the Blackwood Brothers Quartet last night.
Live talent such as this truly can cross any cultural, age, or preference barriers. Not only was their professional
abilities and showmanship top-notch, but their true spirit of praise, love for God, and burden to magnify our God was
obvious. The quartet livened up our sanctuary and united our members, and a lot of visitors, through their music and
light-hearted presence. It's a blessing to see others who's God given talent is so freely and gladly shared to spread
the gospel, exhort believers through music and give praise to God in his home. It was hard to sit and listen without
hearing the gospel message pour out of each song. The quartet spent the last half of the show taking requests and
singing them a-cappella just in front of the first row of seats. Even Pastor Arlin got in on the fun. The quartet invited
him up and they sang a few lines of Amazing Grace. (Way-to-go pastor!!!)
The Blackwood Brothers Quartet will be returning soon! Let's join as a body and support them with our presence and
edify one another in the same spirit of Christ.
